Crew Needed for “Through Ellie’s Eyes”
This is a drama about a grandfather who comes to his estranged daughter’s house in hopes of telling a bedtime-adventure story to his granddaughter, Ellie. The bedtime story, while seemingly tame, has dramatic and dark undertones as it parallels the Grandfather’s relationship with his estranged daughter. What makes this project unique is the way in which we are going to visually represent the bedtime story. We are shooting on various theatrical stages, as if it’s a compilation of children’s theater performances in Ellie’s memory. When done correctly, it should be a beautiful piece combining both theatrical and cinematic elements.
We are looking for experienced, talented and innovative people to join our project.

Shooting Locations: Theatricum Botanicum, Circus-like Backyard Theater in Hollywood, Traditional Indoor Theater in Hollywood, Beautiful house in the Hills.
Shoot Dates: February 25th – March 1st (Wednesday – Sunday)
Crew Positions Needed: 2nd AD, 2nd AC, Key Grip, Gaffer, Gang Boss, Best Boy, Boom Operator, Production Assistants.
These are non-paid positions. However, we will cover gas and food. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to network, build his/her resume, have exposure at film festivals and have fun.
