My name is Hannah Lux Davis and I am a director/editor as well as a makeup artist.

I moved to LA when I was 18 to pursue a career in the film biz and found myself at the New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA. Shortly after that, I discovered the Los Angeles Film School and immediately after graduating NYFA, I attended LAFS. Majoring in Editing and minoring in Directing, I graduated from the program with 2 pretty kick ass music videos and a shit load of friends and contacts.

Since graduating LAFS in 2006 I have had an internship at The Revolver FIlm Co. where I assisted on big music videos such as Christina Aguilera's "Hurt" music video and Billy Talent's "Red Flag" music video- both directed by my all time favorite video director, Floria Sigismondi.

Music videos are my passion and directing them is what I was born to do. I now have 17 music videos under my belt thus far and feel like I am just starting to make some sort of name for myself.

I am currently seeking representation and management at this time and hope to be signed with a production company by 2009.

As far as makeup goes... After realizing how much I don't like editing for other people ;-) I decided I need to take on another role in this industry and that is how I found my love for Makeup Artistry. In the later part of 2007 I attended the Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles where I took the Master Makeup Course. I am proficient in Beauty, High Fashion, Airbrushing, Hairstyling, Character, Prosthetics, and Special FX.

I am currently a Makeup Artist at a boutique in Brentwood, CA at a store called Metro. It is a lifestyle store that has everything from designer clothes, to furniture - and of course makeup. At Metro I am a Stylist as well as a Makeup Artist.

I am extremely hard working and always have some sort of project going. I'm driven as hell and I am definitely going places... :)

Ben Watkins - I admire your visual and conceptual creativity. Someone once told me about a concept called Syntopical, bringing a variety of ideas from across different topics together.

I think your videos are powerfully syntopical. You use a broad range of visual concepts like colors on the end of your brush. It's amazing to see how you blur them together and into the music.
